A refund is available if you fax or e-mail a
request for a refund to Preclinical Training which must be received no later
than 90 days prior to the event. Any
cancellation within 90 days of the event will be subject to a 25% cancellation
fee. A credit equal to the amount owed
under this agreement less any cancellation fee is available if you fax or
e-mail a request to Preclinical Training Institute which must be received no
later than 30 days after this event. This
credit can be used for any Preclinical Training Institute Course within one

responsible for hotel and/or travel arrangements. Any cancellation policies that exist with
hotel and/or travel arrangements are the responsibility of the consumer.
